RETURNS POLICY AND PACKAGING INFORMATION
Purchased items can be returned and request a replacement or refund, provided they are returned within 30 days to the distribution center in perfect condition, as received by the jewel (without removing, ruining or creasing the plastic label applied to the jewel) and accompanied by a sales receipt.
The shipping cost for the return is charged to the customer. Make sure the package is properly closed. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure the return package, Lucy G. S.r.l. does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged packages; in this case the reimbursement will not be made.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods and the amount will be reimbursed to the account from which the payment was made.
Retail stores can not offer refunds or replace products purchased online.
